This building consists of 14 rooms, 10 of these are double rooms 4 other are single rooms. Most of the rooms offer a unique view over the river Ångermanälven and the High Coast bridge.

Shower and toilet are situated on the corridor of the most the rooms. There are rooms with these facilities inside. All rooms are equipped with washbasin and warm water.

There is place for 1-2 persons in each of the charmant setted rooms.
