The reservation is only binding when Björkudden Hotel & Restaurant has received a signed copy of the preliminary quote and an advance payment of SEK 5,000.

• Björkudden Hotel & Restaurant complies with the general terms of SHR (The Swedish Hotel and Restaurant Association) for conducted arrangements and banqueting room reservations with regards to cancellations.
• Upon cancellation of a confirmed arrangement the advance payment of SEK 5,000 falls in its entirety to Björkudden Hotel & Restaurant unless Björkudden Hotel & Restaurant receives a reservation at the same occasion.
• The exact number of guests should be announced 10 days before the arrangement at the latest.
• An advance payment of 75% of the total cost for the arrangement should be paid to Björkudden Hotel & Restaurant 7 days before the arrangement at the latest.
• Final payment is made on site after deduction of previously payments in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subject to changes in prices.
